 And when they needed a customer service training solution that was accessible, easily delivered and summed up its values, they came to us.

We wrote, designed and artworked a set of small, stylish workbooks that conveyed important BaxterStorey messages.

We also printed and collated the four books, along with posters and associated Trainer's guide, into split deliveries nationwide.
